HR LAB Human Resources is a comprehensive human resources consulting company. We are here to assist our clients in a continuous improvement of the HR processes. We listen carefully to clients' needs and offer flexible solutions.

Quality of consulting services depends on knowledge and experience of our consultants. Since 2001 we gathered experience in both consulting and in the HR departments of international corporations. Till now we have completed hundreds of projects from virtually every area of ​​HR. Today we use our competencies to ensure the highest quality service to customers.

We conduct recruitment in close cooperation with our customers, based on their expectations. We combine the needs of our customers with the knowledge and possibilities offered by the labor market.

We recruit specialists and managers for different sectors. Searching for the candidates also use the direct search method.

We build close relations with our candidates. To verify their competencise we use different tools  (questionnaires, knowledge tests, work samples, simulations). Our experience in the use of Assessment Center method is also useful for better understanding of candidates potential.

Our experience is more than 500 sessions of assessment center and development center. We both run AC/DC sessions and teach how to apply the method.

Projects of assessment center each time are adapted to the needs of our clients through:

> Determine the competency profiles

> Selection of appropriate tools (interviews, tests, case study, in basket, individual and group simulations, etc.)

> Plan of session, taking into account the number and competencies assessors

We also provide training and participate as assessors in the sessions of the development center.

We are experts in evaluating jobs. We use both universal tools and evaluation methods tailored. We carry out projects in commercial companies as well as in the civil service. We implement / modify the bonus schemes and modernize outdated pay systems, restructuring the whole or improving selected components. We carry out training projects and consultancy on pay and job evaluation.

We have implemented projects in the field surveys / employee satisfaction.

Our consultants have carried out a dozen individual counseling in outplacement services. We build and modify systems for periodic evaluations and competency management systems. With our knowledge and experience of managers and professionals use the service through coaching and mentoring.
